The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O cGBP100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.
PPM / General Maintenance Operative Commercial FM
Covering in and around Manchester
Up to GBP17.55 per hour plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel at 1.5
What You ll Be Doing:
- Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in–line with an agreed planner emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, filter changes.
- Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in–line with the planner.
- Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients.
- Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.
What We re Looking For:
- A solid all–rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance
- A Electrical or Mechanical Commercial qualification ( it doesnt matter if you are not fully qualified)
- UK driving licence holder & eligible to work in the UK

- Base salary of GBP34,403 – GBP36,504 on a 40–hour week
