We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our team.
Hours : Average of 42 hours per week.
Shift : 07:45am - 20:00pm (Days)
Rota : Two week rolling rota, with every other weekend off.
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high quality, person centred care. You will lead a team of care assistants, and promote a safe and well-organised positive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Administer medications safely; manage monthly and acute prescription orders.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for residents and staff.
- Participate in monthly changeovers, care planning, and reviews
- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and overall resident wellbeing.
What we are looking for:
- Passionate about care and improving the lives of others.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (essential) or working towards Level 3.
- Team leadership experience with strong communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with empathy, patience, and a caring approach.
- Experience with care plans, risk assessments, and liaising with Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
- Knowledge of Dementia, Mental Health, and safe handling of medicines (desirable).
