Private Outpatient Services Team Lead

As a Private Outpatients Team Lead you will lead, manage and develop a high-performing Private Outpatient team, using clear KPIs, coaching and performance management to drive service excellence, operational effectiveness and delivery of company strategy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people leader with a strong track record of motivating teams, improving performance, embedding accountability and supporting colleagues to achieve shared business objectives.
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility of home working while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on private outpatient's experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a Private Outpatient team, creating a clear focus on delivery, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.

Own, monitor and drive team KPIs, ensuring performance targets are understood, tracked and achieved in line with company strategy.

Use data, reporting and quality monitoring to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.

Provide structured coaching, feedback and support to team members to improve capability, confidence and performance.

Manage performance effectively through regular 1-1s, clear objectives, development plans and timely escalation of concerns where required.

Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture that supports colleagues to deliver excellent patient and customer outcomes.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:

Proven experience leading, managing and developing teams in a healthcare, regulated, contact centre or customer operations environment.

Strong track record of using KPIs, management information and performance data to drive team performance and service improvement.

Experience of managing performance through coaching, objective setting, 1-1s, development plans and clear accountability.

Experience translating operational or company strategy into clear team priorities and measurable outcomes.
