Job Overview

you will be expected to be hands on in the manufacture of all our products in our workshops and out on site

Duties
- Lead and supervise daily production activities, ensuring all operations align with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimising resource utilisation
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing levels, assign tasks, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for quality control and process improvement purposes
- Hands-on position and you will be expected to complete practical work including manufactoring and fitting of jobs
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of production workflows
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the talent to inspire and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address operational challenges
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and report progress confidently
- Welding ability (MIG)/sheet metal/steel fabrication
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
