We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Cook to join our team at PlayWorld every Sunday.
This is a busy role at the heart of our café, preparing freshly cooked food for families enjoying their day with us.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking items from our café menu to a high standard.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised throughout the day.
- Following food hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.
- Washing up and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Helping ensure orders are prepared efficiently during busy periods.
- Working as part of our friendly team to deliver a great customer experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised and able to stay calm when it's busy.
- Has some cooking experience, whether that's in a commercial kitchen or preparing meals for a busy family.
- Takes pride in producing good quality food.
- Understands the importance of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Is hardworking, reliable and punctual.
- Enjoys being part of a friendly team.
A Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage, but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.
