We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to lead a Children's Residential EBD Home in Halesowen. This is a fantastic chance to join a provider that is committed to delivering outstanding care while investing in the growth and development of its leadership team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Children's Residential Home.
- Create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Inspire, develop and support your staff team.
- Drive positive outcomes and achieve the highest standards of care.
- Manage safeguarding, quality assurance, recruitment, supervisions and team development.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to register.
✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted Children's Home Regulations.
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
✔ Proven leadership and staff management experience.
✔ Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
