Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate drink orders and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Manage bar stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using basic math skills, ensuring proper recording of sales
- Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol serving practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and support other areas as needed
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by engaging with guests, answering questions, and creating a lively atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and cleaning routine.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
