Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing client and tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall profitability and smooth functioning of our properties. Your proactive approach and excellent organisational skills will help maximise property value while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication to foster long-term partnerships
- Oversee property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards
- Utilise Tramps property management software to track rent payments, lease agreements, and property data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
- Assist in upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or lease options to existing tenants
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing budgets and reports, reconciling end of year service charge accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining detailed records of property activities
- Answer client and tenant calls and emails professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing timely assistance
Requirements
- A minimum 10 years Commercial Property Management experience
- Familiarity with Tramps or similar property management software is highly preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and written correspondence with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services or lease options to enhance property revenue
- Proficiency in general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation
