The Market Rasen site, located approximately 15 miles Northeast of Lincoln, has been established for over 50 years and currently employs around 125 people. We specialise in the production of innovative, standard and consumer products for the food, healthcare, cosmetic and personal care markets.
The site provides a clean, modern, non-food environment and you would benefit from a set, predicable work pattern: 4 days on (06:00 to 18:00); 4 rest days; 4 nights on (18:00 to 06:00), 4 rest days. We offer paid breaks and an equivalent of 6.6 weeks’ annual leave per year.
Principal responsibilities
· Work in a safe manner not to endanger yourself or others around you.
· Report any near misses or dangerous occurrences through the yellow tag system
· Check the quality of the finished product ensuring it is to the required standard and informing cell leader if it is not.
· Pack quality finished product to the required packing spec.
· Record stoppages on the Barco system
· Remove scrap at end of the shift each shift, leaving work area clean and tidy (Good Housekeeping)
· Correctly label boxes/pallets recording box number on DPR
· All employees are required to wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment and maintain safe working practices by adhering to the Health and Safety policies of the company in place at any given time.

Pay: £28,195.00 per year
