4 Shift Schedule, 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights), average 38 hour working week.
Current Shift Rate is £15.49 per hour, with an additional Shift Premium of £4,815.20 per annum and a Weekend Premium of £4.333.68 per annum.
The successful applicant will:
- Be Responsible for Safely operating all MDF production line systems & equipment
- Maximise all process operations in terms of Utilisation, Rate and Quality targets
- Carry out all necessary quality control checks
- Carry out basic care checks, maintenance tasks and maintain housekeeping standards
Qualifications/Experience:
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude
- Control room (SCADA controls) experience would be adventagous
- Forklift experience would be adventagous
- Previous Production/Manufacturing Experience preferred
Skills, knowledge & behaviours:
- Basic PC Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Works productively in a pressurised environment.
