Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Cut Stone Assistant Manager to join our team in Brinscall, Chorley. Based at our quarry site, this role is vital in overseeing the production of cut stone and ensuring operational excellence aligned with our company values.
Responsibilities
- Daily duties including but not limited to sales, admin & overseeing the production of cut stone.
- Maintain safety protocols across all activities.
- Assist in managing warehouse inventory related to stone materials.
- Support the training of staff on equipment use and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in this role or similar within the industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate teams.
- Excellent safety awareness and compliance mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
