We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Car Handover Specialist and sales administration. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interaction and ensuring a seamless handover process for new vehicle purchases. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting all the process after the initial sale is completed .
- Liasing with the workshop/bodyshop/customer and salesman to keep the customers in the loop of progress.
- Complete all necessary paperwork regarding added on products.
- Administrating all deliveries of new vehicle arrivals .
- Coordinate the handover process for new vehicle purchases, including vehicle inspections, documentation, and demonstrations.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of vehicle features and functionalities to customers during the handover process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and terminology preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo full training to become proficient in all aspects of the role.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
