Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Social Media & Audio-Visual Executive to manage social media activities and provide support for audio-visual equipment and related queries. The role involves handling social media content, assisting with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting, responding to customer or client queries, and coordinating AV requirements for events and presentations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of AV systems, and a valid driving license with the flexibility to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the organization’s social media platforms and digital content.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to queries and provide appropriate information regarding audio-visual (AV) equipment.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of AV equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding AV-related requirements.
- Maintain and monitor AV equipment to ensure it is properly functioning and available when required
Requirements
- Experience or good knowledge in social media handling and digital communication.
- Basic to good knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to understand and respond to technical queries related to AV equipment.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to travel to different locations when required.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
