In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business and gain valuable exposure to governance, compliance, and client‑management processes. You will take the lead on governance for the client assurance process, including creating and maintaining knowledge materials and supporting junior contract management activities for our Contract Managers.
You will also coordinate client audit and assurance requests, working closely with our Pune Compliance Team to provide high‑quality responses and ensure actions are completed on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in contract delivery management and develop strong foundations in client governance and assurance. The role is based in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two office days per week.
Responsibilities:
You will support the day-to-day delivery of client contracts, working closely with Contract Delivery Managers and the compliance team in Pune to coordinate due diligence responses across service delivery, finance, and audit outcomes. The role includes preparing reports in MS Excel, analysing MI and data, maintaining accurate documentation in MS Word and MS PowerPoint, and producing quick reference guides to support the education of operational teams. You will also manage and update key systems, including the intranet and client portals, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and compliant.
In addition, you will play a key role in client audit and assurance activity, coordinating audit visits and tracking post-audit actions. You will work with stakeholders across the business, including offshore teams, to ensure deadlines are met, processes are followed, and continuous improvements are delivered across client care, governance, and risk management.

Essential:

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within a fast-paced environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including confident use of Excel for formatting, creating dropdowns, and handling data accurately

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work

Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
Desirable:

Experience supporting client contracts, audit, compliance, or governance processes

Exposure to data analysis, MI reporting, or working with large datasets

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar systems

Experience collaborating with cross-functional and/or offshore teams

Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a fast-paced or high-pressure environments
