We’re a growing business that specialises in luxury bathroom pods, saunas, and outdoor furniture — and thanks to loads of online interest, our order book is busier than ever!
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Sales & Order Processing Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. You’ll be the voice (and sometimes face) of our business — chatting with customers, processing orders, and helping make sure every order and enquiry gets the attention it deserves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing lots of online orders quickly and accurately
- Answering calls and emails from customers about products, prices, and delivery
- Helping the sales team with quotes, order updates, and admin
- Making sure orders are passed on correctly to the warehouse and delivery team
- Keeping our CRM system and order records up to date
- Following up with customers to check they’re happy with their purchase
- Getting to know our products so you can offer great advice and support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, admin, or sales support (any fast-paced environment is a bonus!)
- Friendly, clear communicator — both on the phone and over email
- Super organised and comfortable juggling a few things at once
- Confident using computers, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
- Someone who loves helping people and takes pride in doing things properly
- Experience in home, interiors, or luxury goods is great — but not essential

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
