We are seeking an exceptional Massage Therapist to join our team and deliver outstanding treatment experiences. This role offers opportunities to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contribute to business growth, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Key Qualifications: Level 3 Massage Therapy qualification (or equivalent recognized credential).
Experience or proficiency in: Holistic Massage Sports Massage Deep Tissue Massage Additional modalities or therapies are welcome and encouraged to enhance service offerings.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Conduct client intake and assessment. Create personalized treatment plans and set clear expectations. Maintain client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout sessions. Maintain professional standards and hygiene in line with industry guidelines.
Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment. Adhere to health and safety policies. Build and sustain strong client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up care. Encourage client retention and referrals. Collaborate and contribute to the team. Share knowledge, mentor less experienced staff if applicable. Participate in team meetings, promotional events, and training sessions.
Support business growth. Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotions.
