Your future, your role
As a Support Centre Business Analyst, you will:

Work across our support centre departments such as HR, to support the delivery of change initiatives by analysing business needs and processes, documenting requirements and helping to design effective solutions

Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business and delivery teams

Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to elicit and challenge requirements

Apply appropriate analysis approaches, tools and techniques in line with agreed standards
You will need:
-
Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-site organisations

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
-
Confident and proficient user of analysis and visualisation tools, e.g. Visio, JIRA, Power BI
-
Experience knowing how to leverage AI intelligently to improve processes, enhance decision‑making, and drive more efficient, scalable business outcomes is highly desirable
The successful candidate will be comfortable identifying where AI can add value, interpreting AI‑generated insights, collaborating with technical teams on AI‑enabled solutions, and using AI tools to streamline analysis, documentation, and automation workflows.
