Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Engage in effective negotiation to close sales and maximise customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and current promotions
- Drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building with clients
- Support B2B sales efforts by establishing and nurturing professional relationships with business clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Organise and manage sales documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Utilise IT systems to process transactions and update customer information accurately
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks during busy periods
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding sales targets and customer feedback
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positively
- Experience in B2B sales is desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales operations
- Ability to demonstrate good organisational skills and effective time management
- Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving client visits or outreach activities

Pay: £31,420.00-£45,342.72 per year
