FS Panel Management is a leading nationwide surveying and valuation panel manager, trusted by the financial industry for over 20 years. We work with financial organisations across the UK, managing a network of RICS-regulated surveying firms and delivering a professional, high-quality service.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Surveyor Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role focused on recruiting and onboarding new surveying firms, developing strong professional relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our nationwide panel. You'll play an important part in supporting the wider team helping to ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional service to our clients and surveying partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting new surveying firms to join our nationwide panel
- Managing the onboarding process for new surveying firms, including compliance checks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with surveying firms and industry contacts
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and internal systems
- Liaising with surveying firms throughout the onboarding process
- Supporting the wider operations team and assisting with day-to-day activities where required

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys building professional relationships
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Uses initiative and takes ownership of their work
- Has strong administrative and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Mon-Fri 09.00 - 17.30
Salary negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
