The Opportunity
You'll manage a varied residential property caseload while having the support and infrastructure around you to focus on delivering excellent legal advice and client service.
Your work will include:
- Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
- Dealing with more complex residential property matters where appropriate
- Building trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Providing clear, commercially aware advice throughout the transaction
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible client experience
