About the Role
This position is for a self‑employed Specialist MSK Physiotherapist working across one of our North London clinics (Colindale or Whetstone).
We are a team consisting of 30+ practitioners with ambitious plans to grow further. You will work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, delivering evidence‑based, patient‑centred care while contributing to the ongoing development and reputation of Bodylogics. This role is suited to a confident, autonomous clinician who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of MSK conditions
- Design and progress evidence‑based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient goals
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
- Provide an exceptional patient experience that encourages long‑term engagement and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes using digital systems (e.g. PhysiApp)
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and manage referrals appropriately
- Lead and contribute to internal CPD sessions and support the mentoring of junior clinicians
- Support clinic growth through workshops, education sessions, and proactive patient engagement
- Uphold Bodylogics’ high standards of hygiene, professionalism, communication, and clinical governance
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC & CSP registered Physiotherapist with full professional insurance
- Proven MSK experience within private practice (London experience preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and rehabilitation planning skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining Bodylogics’ high clinical and professional standards
- Additional qualifications (e.g. ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage) are desirable but not essential
