As a Barista and Team Leader your key responsibilities will be:
- The opening or closing of the store
- Handling money including Cashing up
- Leading a team, allocating jobs and ensuring completion of tasks to a high standard
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are met and instilling these in others
- Training staff
- Ability to carry out Barista role to an exemplary standard, including making drinks, food, cleaning and dealing with customers
The successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Hold a current Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date
- Maintain a high standard of Hygiene and Health and Safety within the premises
- Know the business inside out, from the people to the products and everything in between!
- Complete all required training and any other task reasonably expected of the role
