As a Shuttle Driver for First Call Site Services, you’ll provide a welcoming, helpful and efficient shuttle service for building site workers too and from a busy building site.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced driver who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people and can deliver excellent customer service. You will also have a good knowledge of the Hayes area and London in general.
Day-to-day duties
· Making sure the shuttle bus is clean and presentable.
· Carrying out customer pick-ups and drop-offs.
· Undertaking safety checks of the vehicle in between pick ups and drop offs. Adding a daily report on safety and faults.
· Keeping records of the workers using the service and inputting a daily report onto our system.
Essential skills
· Fantastic communication skills and a friendly and outgoing approach.
· A competent level of computer literacy.
· The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
· Strong knowledge of Hayes and the local area.
· An interest in cars and awareness of their features.
· The ability to work well both on your initiative and as part of a busy team.
· A full driving licence with D1 as a minimum with CPC Licnece.
