The Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to start a career in IT, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You’ll join the Project Management Office (PMO), fulfilling a pivotal role in building relationships with our clients, gaining hands-on experience with business applications, automation technologies, and shaping the future of the development pipeline to keep projects moving to completion.
You’ll be engaging with a wide range of business sector clients on process discussions, capturing their requirements for future projects with detailed notes and documentation. You’ll also be working directly with our development teams to ensure that they have everything they need to proceed efficiently. You’ll also be able to work with the wider PMO team to analyse data trends, suggest improvements for improved efficiency across the business, and holding our teams accountable to the high speed and quality standards that we strive towards. No previous RPA, AI, or Project Management experience is required — we’re looking for someone who is curious, determined, enjoys engaging with others, and is keen to learn. With the right attitude, this role provides an excellent foundation to develop interpersonal relationships with key figures in a wide variety of industries and experiences, as well as helping to keep the cogs turning in our whole business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be able to oversee and manage ongoing software development projects.
- To act as a liaison between developers and the client, assisting either side to remove blockers and get queries answered quickly.
- To attend process scoping sessions with the clients to capture the requirements for future automations.
- To be able to write detailed and accurate documentation to support developer and client understanding of the required tasks.
- To help report on project milestones to our clients key stakeholders on a regular basis via the use of our in-house reporting tools and procedures.
- To analyse trends in client process and development data, suggesting solutions for inefficiencies and improvements to further our relationships and success.
- To be able to understand the basics of robotic and logical process flowcharts and sequences for quick troubleshooting.
Your Skill Set/Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to learn and grasp business processes based on client interactions.
- Good collaboration and personal skills
- Computing skills in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets are desirable
- Highly skilled in File organization and management.
- Attention to detail & Problem solving abilities

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
