Teaching Assistant – Observation & Assessment Units (Primary Schools)
Hoop Education is currently recruiting compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support children in Primary School Observation & Assessment Units across Llanelli, Ammanford and Carmarthen.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support primary-aged pupils with:
- Autism (ASD)
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Social, emotional and developmental needs
You'll help create a positive learning environment, encourage independence, and support pupils to achieve their full potential.

- Carmarthen
Working Hours
- 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Flexible working to suit your availability
We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, care or support settings is desirable)
- A patient, caring and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs
