Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive financial administrator to join our expanding client servicing team. You will be addressing all aspects of client administration ensuring portfolios are maintained on various investment platforms, updating client records and producing client facing documentation. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse client requirements will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and driving client satisfaction across our client bank.
Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and financial advisers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) to manage client and case information.
- Liaising with product providers to obtain client information and policy illustrations.
- Chasing outstanding documentation and monitoring case progress.
- Preparation of client reports and valuations.
- Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation and new business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are informed about our services and processes.
- Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings.
- Collating and sending investment information and reports to clients.
- Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.
- Understanding and implementing compliance and regulatory requiements.
Experience
- Previous experience in a client services or customer support role within the financial services industry.
- Being able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
