Senior Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Developing new business and identifying new opportunities.
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Working towards targets while enjoying the rewards that come with success.
What we're looking for
- Previous recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment or account management role.
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
