We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Growth Lead to join our Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead our Patient Growth function, taking ownership of patient acquisition, lead conversion, plan membership growth, customer experience and overall team performance.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with other senior leaders to drive growth, improve patient conversion and ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with Target Dental.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and coach a team of Patient Growth Advisors to drive patient growth.
- Drive new patient enquiries through to attended appointments.
- Improve lead conversion, patient plan uptake and retention.
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, performance and quality standards.
- Analyse performance data & reporting with support from the Data & Reporting Coordinator.
- Work with the PA & Business Support Coordinator on social media strategy, content and planning our marketing and promotions calendar.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations.
About You
- Experienced leader with a background in sales, customer service, contact centre, healthcare or business growth environments.
- Proven track record of managing performance and delivering results through people.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Commercially aware and data-driven.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
