The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in growing our residential sales business by conducting market appraisals, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service from the first appointment through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate residential property valuations.
- Win new sales instructions and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
- Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market trends.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve agreed sales and listing targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the agency CRM system (Street).
About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
- Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (Fleet car available).
