What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking our menu to a high standard, even during peak hours
* Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently
* Working closely with the bar and floor teams to keep service smooth
* Making sure food safety and hygiene standards are always on point
