Cardiff and Vale College is seeking an experienced Leadership & Management Development Coach to join our Learning and Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver leadership, management, coaching and mentoring programmes for employers across a range of sectors. Working closely with the Learning & Development Programme Lead, you will develop innovative learning solutions that build organisational capability, develop talent and support business growth.
You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, supporting leaders and managers through high-quality learning and development interventions that make a measurable impact.
You will design, develop and deliver engaging leadership and management development programmes through face-to-face, virtual and blended learning approaches.
Working with employers and stakeholders, you will create bespoke learning solutions, develop digital learning content and deliver accredited programmes that meet organisational needs. You will evaluate programme effectiveness, support continuous improvement and help ensure clients receive an outstanding learning experience.
The role will also involve building strong relationships with employers, supporting business development activity and contributing to the continued growth of Cardiff and Vale College's commercial training provision.
You will be an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring.
You will have experience designing and delivering learning programmes for adult learners and be confident working with leaders and managers across a variety of sectors. Experience delivering ILM and/or CIPD-accredited programmes would be advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, be highly organised and have the ability to develop innovative learning solutions that deliver real value to clients.
A relevant degree, a teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one) and a Level 7 qualification in Coaching & Mentoring are essential.
