Customer Service & Web Picker and Packer - Training To Supervisor

We are looking for someone to join our business in the Web Department.
There are 2 Roles you will be covering:
Pick & Packer:
- Organising Orders
- Picking Orders from the Warehouse (2 Floors)
- Packing the orders
- Dispatching Orders
- Helping in the Warehouse (Barcoding/Labeling)
Customer Service
- Answering Emails and Phone Calls
- Updating the Website with new products and Information
- Processing & Packing Internet Orders
- Dealing with refunds and Exchanges
- Helping Customers Through our website.
Whoever joins the team will be looking to work towards being promoted within 3 months to a Supervisor and possibly an Assistant Manager.
Which will involve:
- Managing a Team of up to 8 Staff ( During Summer Periods)
- Organising Orders and Dispatches
- Customer Service – Answering Emails and Phone Calls
- Updating the Website with new products and Information
- Assisting in the office with day-to-day tasks
YOU MUST:
- Be available to work 5 days a week (this can be a weekend day also)
- Occasionally, if required be able to work 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun) - Rare.
- Be available for Full-Time work
- Be over 18 years old
- Be hardworking and quick
- Have a good eye for detail and checking for mistakes.
- Be Punctual
- Have a good understanding of the English Language
- Must have experience in this department
Pay: £12.75 - £13.00 (Starting Pay) -
After Probation 8 Weeks - This will move up to £13.40- If you qualify to become a supervisor/assistant manager.
We pay you for every minute you work. There is no unaccounted overtime, etc. If you stay 5 minutes late, you're paid for that 5 minutes!
