S&C McKay Property Solutions Ltd are proud to announce that we will soon be opening our second new showroom. As our business continues to grow, we are now looking to build long-term relationships with skilled joinery teams to support an increase in installation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms and double-glazing fit-outs.
This is a sub-contract opportunity (not PAYE), with work issued as and when required and scheduled by mutual diary agreement. We value reliability, professionalism, and a tidy, customer-focused approach - and in return, we offer consistent opportunities and clear communication from our main contractor team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced joinery teams with proven installation experience
- Own van, tools and PPE
- Professional, polite and tidy on site
- Good communication and pride in workmanship
Requirements
- Public Liability Insurance (copy required prior to first job)
- UTR Number (CIS / Sub-Contract basis - not PAYE)
- Waste handled in full legal compliance (e.g., own waste carrier licence where applicable)
- Ability to provide references or photos of previous work
