Job Description
SweetPeak Customer Solutions Ltd is seeking an accomplished Client Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of client-focused services while driving operational excellence across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships, improving service performance, and ensuring operational processes consistently exceed contractual expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational delivery of client accounts, ensuring service quality and performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
- Analyse operational metrics, identify performance trends, and implement service enhancement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Oversee resource planning, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client operations, account management, business operations, or service delivery leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer expectations and operational priorities.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, operational reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
- Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related discipline is desirable; ILM or Prince2 qualifications are advantageous.

Pay: £60,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
