Hospitality isn't just what we do. It's what we love.
We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning independent restaurant in Worthing.

Tern celebrates the very best of British produce. We work directly with farmers, growers, fishermen, foragers and makers from across the UK to create thoughtful tasting menus, remarkable drinks and genuinely memorable experiences. Every detail matters, not because we're trying to impress people, but because we believe people can feel the difference when something is done with care.
We're a small business with big ambitions. That means everyone has a voice. Ideas are welcomed, initiative is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how we grow over the coming years.
If you love hospitality, enjoy leading from the floor and believe that great service comes from warmth, knowledge and generosity rather than scripts and formality, we'd love to hear from you.
