Bar Supervisor

Club Chemistry is Canterbury's biggest student venue, three packed floors, the best nights in the city, and world-class DJs!
We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to help lead the floor and bar team through busy late-night trade. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, supporting a loyal customer base and an experienced team, with real scope to grow into a bigger role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in a fast-paced bar or nightclub environment who's ready to take on more responsibility within an independent group that invests in its people.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous bar experience and is confident leading a small team on shift
- Understands stock, cellar basics and keeping the bar properly set up
- Keeps calm and keeps service moving when it's busy
- Handles cash and till procedures properly and confidently
- Is reliable and happy working evenings, late nights and weekends
