As a Massage Therapist at Alchemy Essentials, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage treatments, tailored to the needs of each client. You will work in a professional and calming environment, offering a range of massage treatments such as Deep Tissue Massage, Sports & Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and pre & post natal Pregnancy massage. Your primary goal is to deliver 5-star experiences that promote pain relief, relaxation, recovery, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalised massage treatments, including Deep Tissue, Sports & Remedial, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Pre & Post Natal Pregnacy massage.
- Maintain a professional, client-focused approach, ensuring each treatment meets the specific needs and goals of the individual.
- Create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients before treatments to understand their requirements, preferences, and any medical conditions.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness of the treatment room and equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in massage therapy, with expertise in at least three of the following: Deep Tissue Massage, Sports & Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage & Pre & Post Natal Pregnacy Massage.
- Certifications: Must hold a relevant level 3 qualification and certification in massage therapy or hold a relevent level 5 qualification and certification in Sports & Remedial massage therapy.
- Professionalism: Ability to consistently deliver 5-star treatments and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer care.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to travel to East Dulwich.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform massage therapy for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy and attention to detail.
- Affiliation: Must be registered with a recognised professional body.
