Damada Group is seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join our expanding demolition division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who enjoys leading teams, delivering projects safely, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Reporting to our Contracts Managers, you will supervise demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with site-specific plans, company procedures and current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
As a CCDO Demolition Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise demolition projects across a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector sites.
- Lead and motivate demolition operatives and chargehands.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with RAMS, company procedures and current HSE legislation.
- Coordinate labour, plant and equipment to achieve programme deadlines.
- Monitor quality, productivity and site safety throughout each project.
- Carry out site inspections and ensure all work meets Damada's high standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and site management.
- Complete and maintain all required site documentation, inspections and records.
- Ensure PPE, RPE and plant inspections are completed and recorded.
- Support Contracts Managers with the successful delivery of demolition projects.
- Promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture on every site.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Valid CCDO Supervisor Card
- Previous experience supervising demolition projects
- Strong understanding of demolition methods and current HSE legislation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and work to RAMS and demolition plans
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel

- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Face Fit Testing
- Asbestos Awareness
- Temporary Works knowledge
- Cat B asbestos removal
- Experience working on complex demolition project
