Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to develop the skills to run your own pub one day?We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Operator to join Amber Taverns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn all aspects of pub operations, and develop towards becoming a successful Operator.

Your Role
You'll support the day-to-day running of the pub while learning key areas including:
- Customer service
- Team leadership and staff development
- Stock and cash control
- Health & safety and licensing compliance
- Events and entertainment
- Growing sales and customer engagement
