A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to be appointed as a Support and Delivery Centre Administrator
This post will be fixed term for 6 months to due to funding .
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, experience in supporting the set up and delivery of events have a positive and flexible approach , be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.
The post may close early if sufficient applications are received.
The post holder will have the following roles and responsibilities:
Support and contribute to the planning and organising of events for the Support and Delivery Centre and the Health and Care Research Wales infrastructure as part of the wider Administration Team
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff within Health and Care Research Wales
Act as the first point of contact, deal with queries, correspondence, emails and telephone calls from stakeholders across the Health and Care Research Wales infrastructure and beyond including other NHS and Social Care staff and members of the public in a professional manner, passing on queries to the relevant team member in a timely way
Undertake a range of administrative duties, including secretariate services, diary management, photocopying, printing and managing incoming and outgoing post and parcels
Work with other Support and Delivery Centre Administrators to provide an effective service across the organisation, dealing with visitors and being flexible to cover other Administrators’ general duties .
Contribute as appropriate to other duties by mutual agreement with line manager.
This is a Health and Care Research Wales post, hosted by Powys Teaching Health Board.
