About the Role
We're looking for an organised, confident and hands-on Operations & Quality Manager to help oversee the day-to-day running of our growing holiday let cleaning business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time supporting cleaning teams, carrying out quality inspections, resolving issues, coaching staff and ensuring every property is presented to the highest possible standard for arriving guests.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out quality inspections across holiday let properties.
Support, coach and motivate cleaning teams.
Conduct spot checks and property audits.
Deal with staff queries and day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure company standards and checklists are consistently followed.
Respond to guest or owner concerns and organise prompt resolutions.
Liaise with the office regarding schedules and operational changes.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist with staff inductions and ongoing training.
Help drive continuous improvement across the business.
About You
You'll be someone who:
Has previous supervisory, management or team leader experience.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is confident managing and supporting people.
Can work independently and make decisions.
Has good communication and organisational skills.
Is reliable, flexible and professional.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence.
Own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel between properties across Ayrshire.
Business mileage allowance provided.
