We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly front-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and take pride in consistently serving exceptional coffee, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for
As our Barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding coffee and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be someone who:
- Has previous barista experience in a busy café or restaurant.
- Produces consistently high-quality coffee and is confident with latte art.
- Remains calm, professional and positive during busy service periods.
- Provides warm, friendly and attentive customer service.
- Maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Completes daily cleaning tasks and required documentation accurately.
- Works well as part of a supportive team while taking initiative when needed.
