Looking for a better work-life balance without leaving healthcare?
If you're tired of relentless shift patterns, unpredictable hours, and physical burnout, this is your chance to turn your clinical expertise into a rewarding, structured office- and home-based role.
As a
Work Capability Assessor, you won't be delivering hands-on care. Instead, you'll conduct consultations (face-to-face, video, or phone) to understand how long-term health conditions or disabilities affect people's ability to work and perform daily activities. You’ll use your clinical knowledge to write clear, objective reports that help individuals access the financial support they need.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- True Work-Life Balance: Fixed weekday hours (9 to 5) so you can plan your life, spend time with family, and enjoy your weekends again.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work 50/50 from home and site once your training is complete.
- Guaranteed Salary Increases: Clear, transparent pay progression as you hit milestones.
- Fully Paid Training: 12 weeks of comprehensive, paid training to set you up for total success.
