Salary: £32,872 - £40,158 per annum
West House is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Floshfield service in Cleator, a small and welcoming residential home supporting up to five adults with learning disabilities.
As Registered Manager, you will provide strong, effective leadership to ensure safe, person-centred, and high-quality care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including staff supervision and development, safeguarding, compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements, and budget management.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at Floshfield, ensuring the highest standards of care and support in line with West House values and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
What we’re looking for:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in a leadership role within Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
