Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care services with passion and professionalism. Duties
- Manage the overall operation of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of care delivery.
- Develop, review, and implement personalized care plans that address individual needs, including medication administration and specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care.
- Conduct regular audits of service quality, ensuring adherence to care standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a skilled and compassionate workforce.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to client records, care plans, incident reports, and compliance logs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic support and communication.
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong understanding of senior care needs.
- Extensive knowledge of dementia care and Alzheimer’s care best practices.
- Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in a care home or home care setting.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
- Competence in medication administration procedures within regulated standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining compliance documentation.
