We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Estate Contracts Assistant to support the delivery of essential estate services across our communities. Working closely with contractors, residents and colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, contracts are effectively managed and residents receive the high standard of service they deserve.

What you’ll be doing

Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of estate service contracts.

Maintain accurate records, performance data and compliance information for all contracts.

Process purchase orders, work orders, invoices and financial reconciliations.

Support contract monitoring through reporting, trackers and performance analysis.

Coordinate resident communications, including Section 20 consultation activities.

Manage enquiries from residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring timely responses.

Organise and minute meetings, producing accurate records and action logs.

Support customer satisfaction monitoring, identifying trends and escalating concerns where required.
What we’re looking for:

Essential experience in administration, in contract management, housing, repairs, estates or service delivery environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience working with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders.
-
Confidence in processing invoices, purchase orders and financial administration.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems.
-
Ability to produce reports, maintain records and analyse performance information.

A positive, proactive approach with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential experience in repair scheduling, works planning, estate contract management or a similar operational support environment
