We’re looking for a passionate and caring individual to become a vital part of our close-knit residential care team in our 34-bed Dementia/Residential Care Home in St Leonards on Sea.

Your Role
As a valued Care Team Member, you’ll:
● Deliver skilled and compassionate care, ensuring our residents feel safe, valued, and respected.
● Plan and record both immediate and long-term needs for our residents.
● Support quality assurance programs and maintain CQC standards of care.
● Collaborate with the Registered Home Manager to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
● Help manage the home’s premises, ensuring tidiness and safety during your shift.
● To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by your Manager from time to time, which they consider necessary to maintain the smooth running of the home.
The Details
● Full-Time Contract: Minimum of 36 hours per week.
● Shift Patterns:
- Day Shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Includes a share of weekend shifts.
● Expected flexibility to work extra hours for holiday or sickness cover.
