Ragamuffin's Day Nursery is looking to recruit a Senior Early Years Practitioner with a passion for childcare and the leadership skills required to lead a happy and thriving team.
Key duties:
- To be the 3rd in charge, working closely with the deputy and nursery managers.
- Build positive relationships with the children, staff, and parents.
- Take ownership of your team by creating a culture of support, fun, and empowerment.
- Lead, nurture, support, and direct your team.
- Able to solve problems effectively
- Creating and maintaining culturally rich learning environments for children.
- Complete observations, assessments and planning for your key children in line with the EYFS.

Requirements:
- NVQ 3 / NNEB / B-tech / Or Equivalent
- Strong experience of working within a nursery/pre-school setting
- 4 or 5 day positions available, Monday - Friday.
