A well-known founder and investor with a large public platform is hiring a Private Personal Assistant to work alongside them in London. This is a broad right-hand role: calendar and inbox at the center, the day-to-day logistics of a busy working life around it, and regular liaison with brand partners, founders, and other business contacts on their behalf. Content and social support is part of the mix, but this is a PA role first.
The core of the role:
- Calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination — protecting focus time and keeping the days running cleanly
- Inbox triage: prioritizing what matters, replying on their behalf where appropriate, making sure nothing important slips
- Travel planning and coordination end to end
- Liaising with brand partners and business contacts — chasing deliverables and feedback, managing back-and-forth on partnerships, keeping deals and follow-ups moving
- Staying ahead of the moving parts across work and personal so nothing falls through the cracks
The personal side:
- Errands, household coordination, tiny dog care, and the small logistics that eat a day
- Booking and overseeing the one-off things — quotes, appointments, deliveries, the admin that piles up
- Picking up where they leave off: turning "I said I'd follow up with someone" into it actually being done
The content side (part of the role, not the whole):
- Helping bring structure to a content calendar across Substack and social — tracking what's posting when
- Coordinating shoots: hair and make-up, videographers, editors, locations
- Coordinating the back-and-forth on brand-partnership deliverables — assets, drafts, approvals, timelines
- Posting & engaging with content across social channels
- Light research and pulling material together so things ship faster
- File management
You're probably right for this if:
- You're based in London and can be in person regularly
- You're genuinely organized, not just tidy. You close loops.
- You're a confident, warm communicator — comfortable representing someone to partners and contacts
- You have taste and can tell when something's off before being told
- You're allergic to being managed. A problem to solve suits you better than a checklist.
- Discretion is instinctive, not a policy you follow.
It would be great if you had fluency with:
- G-Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets
- AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Publishing on Instagram, TikTok, and Substack
- Creative tools like Canva and CapCut
Pay: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
