Responsibilities

- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage food preparation processes and ensure quality control in food production.
- Help create staff schedules and manage team performance to optimise service efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
